TAXES & GOVERNMENT FEES

Please note that government taxes and fees may be subject to change. Any necessary adjustments will be made to ensure a seamless travel experience.

EASY BOOKING & PAYMENT

Securing your spot on our tours is quick and hassle-free! A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required.

TRANSPARENT PRICING

We believe in clear and fair pricing—no hidden fees, just unforgettable experiences waiting to be explored.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made via bank transfer and PesaPal for your convenience.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and flexibility:

  • 60 days or more before departure – Non-refundable deposit
  • 50–60 days before departure – 50% of the total tour cost
  • 0–50 days before departure – 100% of the total tour cost

After confirmation, itinerary modifications can be requested, subject to availability. Any changes will incur a $150 modification fee.

WEBSITE PRICING

Unless stated otherwise, all prices on ZancelebrateTours.com are in US dollars and are based on double occupancy. Additional expenses such as personal costs, border fees, tips, travel insurance, and visa/passport fees are not included. All prices are indicative and subject to change. Quotes remain valid for 14 days.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

All travelers must have comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS

Ensure your passport is valid for your journey. While we assist with visa guidance, Zancelebrate Tours is not responsible for visa costs or any related issues.

NAME & DOCUMENTATION VERIFICATION

Upon receiving your invoice, please review it carefully. Name changes requested more than three days after the invoice is issued will incur a $125 fee. All provided documents must be checked, and discrepancies reported within 14 days.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking with Zancelebrate Tours, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. The lead traveler is responsible for ensuring all members of the group understand and adhere to these terms.

Clients with medical conditions or disabilities must inform Zancelebrate Tours at the time of booking with full details in writing.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to unforeseen cost increases, but any surcharge will not exceed 10% of the total package price. If full payment is not received, Zancelebrate Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund any payments made or offer an alternative experience.

Zancelebrate Tours is not responsible for force majeure events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen operational disruptions. We are also not liable for transport delays, cancellations, or operational issues related to air or sea carriers, as their services are governed by their own terms and conditions.
